DESCRIPTION OF SPECIALTY
Engineering studies. As part of this specialty, educators are programmers specializing in the design and production of computer games. The acquisition of these skills gives great employment opportunities in the rapidly growing games industry, as well as in the implementation of their own creative ideas.
WHAT YOU WILL KNOW
As a graduate of this specialty, you will gain programming skills that enable the design of advanced applications. You will specialize in programming games, using the most popular engines, you will learn about their advantages and limitations. Your advantage over other developers in the gamedev industry will be the knowledge of creating game scenarios, graphics and sound. You will develop your practical skills by implementing a comprehensive project of building a professional computer game during the course of studies, including:development of the script,
– development of graphic and functional design,
– sound frame,
– programming the game based on the selected engine using the code repository,
– preparation of product documentation.

YOUR EDUCATIONAL PATH
During the first year you will do – common for all specialties- subjects such as: Introduction to programming, Architecture of computer systems, Operating systems and computer networks, Introduction to databases, Introduction to web technologies. They will help you decide in which direction to continue your education. The specialty is selected at the end of the first year of studies and implemented from the third semester.
In the specialty of Computer games design and production, the focus is on acquiring programming skills and creating computer games. The specialty program includes programming needed for the production of games as well as issues closely related to the creation of games: game engines, 3D object modeling, sound creation, animation or Shader programming.
During the last three semesters you will prepare a game project, execute it and compile full documentation for it.

A package of six trainings in the field of scenarios, sound, graphics, animations conducted by practitioners of the gamedev and film industry – the market value of a similar training min. 10,000 zł
A 30 % discount for MCSA, MCSE, MCSD examinations
First year: 2800 PLN * / semester (or 590 PLN / month paid in 10 installments)
Next years: 3500 PLN * / semester (or 730 PLN / month paid in 10 installments)
